Join the JLU Child Care teaching staff!
Come to work every day knowing that you are making an eternal difference in a child's life. As a staff member at JLU, you will be treated with respect and fairness at all times. We believe that God has given all of us unique gifts and talents and will allow our staff to use those gifts and talents regularly.
Our center is structured by a co-teaching model. Every classroom is led by two teachers who will be given the same responsibilities and have the same expectations. Teachers will work together cooperatively to create lesson plans, but can always rely in the center director for guidance.
