Registrations are processed in the order they are received.
 

To register we need the following:

1 - Family Registration Form

2 - $50 Registration Fee (non-refundable)

3 - Tuition Express Enrollment Form

OR Two Week Tuition Deposit

 

Once a child is registered, their spot will be held for them until the agreed upon start date.  Before your child’s first day, the following additional documents must be on file:

  1. Medical Statement for a Child in Childcare (must be completed by a medical professional)
  2. Emergency Blue Card
  3. Administration of Medication Permission Slip
  4. Infant Feeding Schedule (only if enrolling an infant)
  5. For children with special health care needs, additional paperwork may be required.

Tuition and Discount Information

Tuition payments can be made weekly or monthly.

  • Weekly - Tuition payments for one week of care are due by 6 p.m. the previous Thursday.
  • Monthly - A tuition discount is given to families paying monthly. Tuition payments for one month of care are due by 6 p.m. on the last day of the previous month.

Family Discount – A 10% discount will be applied to each additional child enrolled at JLU Child Care within the same immediate family. The discount will be applied to the lower tuition rate.

 

Monthly Discount - A 5% discount will be applied to tuition payments are being made monthly.

 

Discounts cannot be combined.

Payment Methods Accepted

Automated EFT using Tuition Express Payments can be made through an automatic draft from a checking or savings account. Automated payments allow you to avoid late fees, as you will never be able to forget to make your payment on time.


Personal Check or Cash We accept personal checks and cash for payment. If paying with cash, we are not able to make change, so we ask that cash is given in the exact amount due.

 

Online Payments using a Credit Card Through Tuition Express, parents also have the option of making payments online using a credit card.  However, for the convenience of making online payments, there is an additional fee of $10 per transaction added to each payment.

 

Payments over the phone using a Credit Card - Parents also have the option of making payments over the phone using a credit card as needed.  However, for the convenience of making payments by phone, there is an additional fee of $10 per transaction added to each payment.

 

Payments through Monroe County DSS are acceptedHowever, financial policies differ from those listed above. Please request more information if needed.
