After completing the online registration a confirmation email will be sent with a link to pay the required registration fee.
A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a spot.
Additional documents may also be needed prior to the first day of care:
- Medical Statement for a Child in Childcare ( required for all Infant, Toddler, Preschool & Pre-K students)
- Rest Agreement Form (required for special rest requests)
- Infant Feeding Schedule (required for all infants)
- Tuition EFT Payment Form (preferred method of tuition payments)
- DSS Financial Agreement (required for families using outside funding)
- Children with special health care needs may need additional paperwork
Tuition and Discount Information
Please contact JLU for current pricing information. Pricing regularly increases each September.
Tuition payments can be made weekly or monthly.
- Weekly - Tuition payments for one week of care are due by 6 p.m. the previous Thursday.
- Monthly - A tuition discount is given to families paying monthly. Tuition payments for one month of care are due by 6 p.m. on the last day of the previous month.
Family Discount – A 10% discount will be applied to each additional child enrolled at JLU Child Care within the same immediate family. The discount will be applied to the lower tuition rate.
Monthly Discount - A 5% discount will be applied to tuition payments are being made monthly.
Discounts cannot be combined.
Payment Methods Accepted
Automated EFT - Payments can be made through an automatic draft from a checking or savings account. Automated payments allow you to avoid late fees, as you will never be able to forget to make your payment on time.
Personal Check or Cash - We accept personal checks and cash for payment. If paying with cash, we are not able to make change, so we ask that cash is given in the exact amount due.
Payments through County DSS are accepted. However, financial policies differ from those listed above. Please request more information if needed.
