JLU's toddler team ensures that your child's first steps are always in the right direction. Our toddlers enjoy a day filled with music, art and all sorts of learning firsts. This program encourages high achievement while still providing the nurturing a toddler needs.
Toddler classrooms have a maximum of 10 children in the room, with a teacher to student ratio of 1:5.
Our toddlers follow the daily classroom schedule and sleep on individual mats during rest time. Teachers work with parents to assist with potty-training and teach personal hygiene skills. Toddlers are given a variety of opportunities for discovery and creativity. Children will also learn how to form friendships through teacher guided group activities.
Parents are responsible for providing the following items for toddlers in care: diapers and/or cloth training pants if potty training, wipes, diaper cream, pacifiers, extra sets of clothing, fitted crib sheet and blanket
